Here at Cool Clobber, we are sure that you will love the products that you bought from our online store. We do appreciate that sometimes you might want to return your new products back to us. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the products, with any packaging, wrapping, tags, and labels intact and attached.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days.

If you are thinking of returning an item:

- Ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping and anything that made up the whole of the original product is all included in the package and in original condition.
- Include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is due to be processed, a credit will be made to your original payment method within 2-5 working days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

When you return an item to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
